- CRM Initial course: have never attended a CRM course;

- CRM Recurrent Training, Operation Conversion Course and Command Course: have already attended a CRM course and with the need of review some aspects during the "Recurrent Training".

- 18 hours (not more than 3 days)

The purpose of this course is to improve communication and coordination between all crew members.
